Wilton Publishing Services offers bespoke solutions to authors who want a well-designed, high quality book either to give to family or friends or to sell at events, through book shops or online. We attach the same importance to those publishing books to give away as those publishing to make a profit and guide authors through the entire process of publishing, from manuscript development and editing to book design, photographic optimisation and publishing. We are also on hand to give sales and marketing advice where necessary. We specialise in non-fiction: memoirs, autobiographies and family histories are a speciality. However, we also publish well-written fiction and poetry books.
Every book is different and that is why we don’t treat them all the same, but instead look at the genre, content and target market to ensure that the design of every book is in keeping. The text is formatted by hand, using InDesign – professional page layout software – and careful attention is paid to detail to ensure that the finished result looks as professional as a book published by a mainstream publisher. Photographs are positioned so that they complement the text, or they can be printed in a block on silk pages, if this is the better solution for a particular book. Editing and proofreading are done by qualified, experienced editors and any potentially difficult copyright issues are handled by an expert in this field.
We are always transparent with regards to pricing and send you a quotation before commencing work, so you know exactly what costs are involved. If you are in the process of writing a book or have completed one, please get in touch and let us help you bring your project to fruition. You can use the form below, or call us on 01344 882416.
As the owner of Wilton Publishing Services, I am committed to ensuring that you receive a high quality, personal service.
